Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes welcomed a baby girl into the world on Friday, according to a report in Us Weekly.
The 33-year-old Canadian star of The Notebook and the 40-year-old Training Day actress had kept quiet about the pregnancy.
According to the magazine, Mendes brushed off rumours she was expecting in an interview on Ellen seven months ago.
"It's so ridiculous," she told host Ellen DeGeneres. "It all started because I didn't want to go through the scanners at the airport," Mendes explained.
The couple is staying characteristically mum on the baby, too. Neither star has issued an official statement announcing the birth.
