John Green's funny, philosophical and melancholy story The Fault in Our Stars is the latest bestselling young adult novel making the leap to the silver screen.

Starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort, the teen-centred tale follows the bittersweet romance that blossoms between two intelligent young people who also happen to be cancer patients.

"No car chases. Nobody turns into a zombie. There's no... big action scenes, but still it's having an impact on people and that's really a testament to the writing. I think it can be good for movies," Nat Wolff, who portrays the blind best friend of Elgort's character Augustus, told CBC News.
