Terry Fox, jazz pianist Oscar Peterson and actors Alan Thicke and Victor Garber are among the latest inductees to Canada's Walk of Fame.

Organizers unveiled the newest batch of honourees in Toronto on Tuesday morning.

Also joining the walk are music mogul Bob Ezrin, soccer star Christine Sinclair and activists Craig and Marc Kielburger.

Pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen is this year's winner of the Allan Slaight Award, which recognizes a young Canadian who is making a positive impact.

The class of 2013 will be honoured at a ceremony at the historic Elgin Theatre on Sept. 21.

First celebrated in 1998, the Walk of Fame has honoured Canadians who have excelled in a variety of fields, including music, sport, film and television, literature, science and innovation, design and visual and performing arts.

Each year, inductees are celebrated at a fall gala, and their names added to engraved stars displayed along King and Simcoe Streets in downtown Toronto.

Past inductees include ballet star Karen Kain, hockey great Bobby Orr, music legends Rush, author Timothy Findley, astronaut Roberta Bondar, acclaimed troupe Cirque du Soleil and comedian Russell Peters.
